Duties and Responsibilities
Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
Assist in the automation of current financial reports.
Focus to drive innovative analyses and automated reporting/Dashboards.
Build ad hoc analysis.
Prepare quarterly accurate scorecard.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performance oriented, ready to meet short deadlines of work assignments
Minimum 2 years experience in finance, process automation, business insights/metrics, Dashboards.
Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
Exposure to preparing financial models recommended.
Excellent communication skills.
Capable of independently managing multiple tasks in a highly deadline-driven environment with a high level of precision.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strict attention to detail and focus on producing a high-quality product.
